Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before payment

You may cancel your order at any time before payment is made, free of charge. Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

After payment

Once payment is confirmed, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how far your order has progressed through packing and dispatch. Refunds for approved cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

No returns after dispatch

Due to the seasonal and safety-regulated nature of fireworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched.
